Phillip Morina, MS LMFT
(He/Him)
Professional
I help people overcome anxiety, stress and depression, and I work with individuals and couples to build stronger and healthier relationships. I see teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I work at uncovering and breaking unhealthy cycles, negative self-perceptions, and generational habits that get in the way of your happiness.
I use interventions and techniques from a range of theories to help facilitate your personal growth. I work to provide a space for you to feel safe, and to explore and conquer feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and self-doubt.
I believe in the importance of holding hope for when things are bad and continue to get worse. I hold onto the hope that people can change, circumstances can change, and despite where you are now, the power of human persistence and perseverance will prevail.

I am the owner of Morina Counseling and received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University. I love traveling, writing, and Calvin and Hobbes. Seattle is my favorite city in the world, and I think everyone should travel to Thailand.
