Professional
I prioritize building genuine and lasting rapport with my clients, knowing that trust and connection are the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work and change. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at, while encouraging growth and insight at a pace that feels right for them. As your therapist, I will always approach our work from a non-judgmental perspective, and will hold our shared space with warmth, respect, and curiosity. I am passionate about helping people navigate their struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, religious trauma, PTSD and CPTSD, chronic illness, and life transitions.
I take an active and personalized approach to therapy, believing that no two people are the same—and neither is their path to healing. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as narrative therapy, family systems therapy, and tailor my approach to fit each client’s unique strengths, and goals. Whether that means incorporating practical tools, exploring deeper emotional patterns, or fostering self-awareness, I work collaboratively with my clients to support meaningful, lasting change.

I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. I love watching classic and arthouse films, going to concerts, writing, and playing soccer. I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life and I have no plans to leave this magical corner of the country.
